Adéla Zenina graduated with a master’s degree in Addictology at the First Medical Faculty of Charles University and is presently a trainee of psychodynamic training SUR. She also attended a course of Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Crisis Intervention. She has experience of working as an addictologist with people in prison and cooperated on the foundation of the Čistá hlava (in English: Clean Head) project under the Czech Association of Football Players, where she also has several years of experience working with professional athletes.

Adéla started her therapeutic practice while studying at university, including in Barcelona, Spain. She spent a year interning at the Universitat de Barcelona and had the opportunity to work as a social worker for people disadvantaged by substance abuse.

In practice, she prefers an individual approach to clients and endeavors to create a feeling of a safe and accepting environment.
