Aneta studied psychology in Slovakia. She gradually expanded her educational and professional career while traveling in Europe. She is currently engaged in pre-certification training in clinical psychology in Vienna, and since 2015 she has been regularly participating in training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Institute of Applied Psychoanalysis in Prague. As part of her work in Vienna, she focused on diagnosis and issues of neurodegenerative diseases. This experience motivated her to further study Clinical Neuropsychology of Adults at IPVZ. .
Aneta has several years of experience in the field of individual and group psychotherapy, where she encounters various diagnoses - from neuroses to borderline disorders to psychosomatics. At the ESET clinic, she led a fractionated inpatient unit and a group for patients with psychotic symptoms.
The therapeutic work is based on the principles of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, but emphasizes the individual needs of each client. Important aspects of her approach are client trust and motivation. She is convinced that if we do not realize the roots of our past, we will unknowingly repeat the same mistakes.
