Mgr. et Bc. Radek Němec

Radek has focused his education on addictionology and graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in the field of Addictionology. He also graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Sports Diagnostics from the University of Physical Education and Sport. 

He is currently a participant of psychotherapeutic training in Integrative Family Therapy under the Anima Institute and a participant of psychodynamic training at SUR. 

He has completed training in Motivational Interviewing and a course on Anxiety in Client’s Lives, focusing on anxiety disorder and how to work with it. 

He went through the life phase of a top athlete, which he completed at the age of 24. 

He worked for example at the General University Hospital in Prague as the head of the Salmovská Reconditioning Centre under the 3rd Internal Medicine Clinic. He was in charge of nutritional consultations and movement guidance. 

His steps subsequently led to the Ministry of Defence, specifically to the Scientific and Service Department, where he worked with the army or top athletes in the field of nutrition and psychology. 

In his life, he emphasizes order and discipline, valuing not only the strong will and patience that elite sport built in him. He helps develop these areas in his clients and is ready to be a support and steady hand in helping them establish and take responsibility for their lives.
