Mgr. Irena Pilařová, MBA

Since 2001, Irena Pilařová has been engaged in coaching managers and executives, as well as in personal development and therapeutic work, especially for clients dealing with challenging life situations and for clients with psychosomatic disorders. In her work, she uses techniques of transformation coaching, imagination, conscious work with emotions and the body, art therapy and dance therapies that support the integration of internal experiences and the development of one’s own coping skills.

Irena has been engaged in psychological counselling, therapy and human development since her studies in Psychology at the Philosophical Faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc. She has worked as a therapist for drug addicts in PL Bohnice and at the Podané Ruce Foundation. After graduating from University, she implemented several projects in the fields of addiction prevention, crisis intervention, care for street children, therapy for addicts, therapy for children with educational problems and family therapy. She established and led the HELP Centre for Educational Care and the non-profit organization S.U.N. She taught Psychology and devoted herself to the implementation of development programs for adults and coaching.
