Mgr. Irena Pilařová , MBA
Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy
Irena Pilařová has been involved in leadership development, therapy, coaching, managerial roles, and consulting in the field of business and people management for over 20 years.
In her therapeutic work, she has experience with individual, couples, family, and group therapy. She has completed a number of therapeutic trainings (in family therapy, art therapy, voice therapy, and dance movement therapy), which enable her to work with clients' stories not only through words but also through experience. Experiential work in a safe therapeutic environment allows clients to gain new, healthy experiences with themselves and the world around them, which they can then integrate into their everyday lives.
Irena is an enthusiastic and creative person. She has developed several of her own therapeutic methods, such as “Horse Touch Treatment” – using horses as a tool for self-discovery and building a positive relationship with oneself and others, “Life Integration Therapy” – for integrating traumatic childhood experiences, and “Improvoicing” – aimed at removing limiting beliefs that prevent people from living a fulfilling life.
At NEO Centrum, Irena primarily focuses on working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, burnout, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, psychosomatic issues, self-confidence problems, and relationship difficulties. She works with addiction issues primarily with English-speaking clients.
She is also a specialist in executive coaching for managers.
Currently, she is accepting both English- and Czech-speaking clients for individual therapy and coaching only. Her services are available both in person and online.
