Jakub Korčák graduated from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in the field of General Medicine, he is enrolled in the attestation preparation for the field of psychiatry.
He started in 2013 at the Horní Beřkovice Psychiatric Hospital, from there in 2015 he left for the National Institute of Mental Health, where he devoted himself to both clinical work and postgraduate studies and scientific work.
He continued his doctoral studies at the same faculty, focusing on the field of Neuroscience. His topic was electrophysiology and psychedelic (he is still attending his studies).
He has been on parental leave since 2020 and now, since summer 2021, he also works part-time in the Child and Adolescent Addiction Outpatient Clinic of the Addiction Clinic of the General University Hospital.
He is in the accredited psychotherapy training of the Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis.
