Individual psychotherapy in English offers space for personality change. The client is guided towards greater self-acceptance, conflict resolution, and coping with other psychological difficulties. The psychotherapist supports the client in adapting to new life circumstances (work, family, personal fulfillment).
Therapeutic sessions take place in a confidential atmosphere and focus on the client’s current topics and challenges. Together, they explore ways to better understand and improve the client’s situation. The frequency of meetings is tailored to individual needs.
Sessions are available both in person and online.
