NEO Centrum operates two residential clinics in Prague, which offer a unique environment for addiction treatment and care. Both residential projects maintain a sense of home, comfort and security while offering services and an environment of superior quality.

Both clinics are housed in first-century villas in a quiet area on the outskirts of Prague. Their atmosphere helps you to slow down, distance yourself for a while from the rush of everyday life, and focus the necessary attention to achieve the purpose of your stay.

The clinics have a quality team of professionals, which has enabled us to expand our specialisation from addictology towards mental health treatment in its entire breadth. We are ready to help anyone dealing with mental health issues and the daily limitations associated with them.

We are also newly able to welcome English speaking clients.

For many of our clients, a superior approach and a high degree of anonymity is not only a matter of course, but also a necessity. The scope and intensity of our care therefore go beyond the usual services. You will find 100% discretion, comfortable surroundings, professional therapists with many years of experience and private accommodation facilities. We can maintain and guarantee this level of care thanks to the fact that clients pay for their own treatment.

Residential treatment

Residential treatment primarily means a four- or six-week stay at our clinic. At the same time, for stabilization and initial detox, we also allow for a shortened 2-week program in specific cases. The total price includes accommodation, meals, all services, use of full house facilities and most importantly over 30 hours of therapy as well as the possibility of individual consultations beyond the standard program.

2 weeks | Ease your body, ease your mind

Two weeks is just enough time to stop and stabilise. The main program and goal of this stay is detoxification! But at the same time, by staying in the clinic environment, you will get the first impulses and motivation for a more permanent change. It's up to you what happens next. The two-week stay is therefore set up very flexibly. Together we will adjust the program to your current needs and adapt everything to the evolution of the situation, while your body is getting rid of the physical symptoms of withdrawal. On the two-week program, you will first lighten your body and give space to your head to begin the journey to yourself.

4 weeks | Start over (from the beginning)

From our point of view, four weeks is a foundation that has not only detoxifying but also significant healing potential. After the initial cleanse, you have enough time to begin to understand the nature of your addictive behaviour. Together we will stop and walk back through the script of your life — both in individual and group therapy sessions. This four-week stay will give you enough insight and motivation to be able to have your own vision and plan for any lifestyle changes necessary for recovery.

6 weeks | Treat yourself to some time

Two additional weeks to slow down, recharge, and most importantly — to uncover your problem in all its contexts. Longer therapeutic work and staying internally focused will allow you to open up more topics. A six-week stay gives enough space for them to develop naturally and to be effectively addressed from the ground up, so that you are well prepared for the next steps of your journey. This longer period of time also encourages a gradual transition to a regular routine and healthy lifestyle, so that the changes last after you leave the clinic.
