Eliška Šťastná graduated from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in the bachelor's program in general nursing. Subsequently, she continued in the master's program at the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, studying addictionology. In the last year of her studies, she did an internship at the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital.
She started drawing on her work experience after completing her master's degree. Her first job was at the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, Clinic of Addiction, male inpatient department. She spent more than two years in this department.
She is currently a student of ongoing psychodynamic psychotherapy training under the Prague School of Psychosocial Studies. While working at the Addiction Clinic, she completed a crisis intervention course.
As Eliška is used to working in a multidisciplinary team, she values team spirit in herself. She has a kind and human approach to clients, and at the same time she is able to listen and be patient. When working with clients, she emphasizes individuality and thanks to this, she is able to respond to the various needs of the client.
